How to read this. Figures are the published wage package for the journeyman classification at each IBEW local, as last recorded — the date is on every hall's entry, and anything older than a year is marked. Weekly gross is an estimate: straight time to 40 hours, then 1.5× beyond it. Overtime rules, shift differentials, travel pay and dues vary by local and by job, so the number on your check will differ. Halls drawn as hollow circles have a scale on file but no benefit detail — they are not low-paying locals, they're locals we haven't recorded the package for, and they're left out of the total-package ranking rather than ranked at the bottom. Always confirm with the hall before you drag up.
